99.9% of our Outdoor clients understand how it works... we make our living by showing people a great time in the hills. Unfortunately, there are occasionally one or two who just don't respect that. So, we have to make the following clear:
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm booking on any multi-day hill-walking trips costing over £100, with the balance paid at least 28 days prior of the start of the trip. If you do not pay the balance within this time, you may lose your place and deposit.
If you cancel more than 28 days before the start if the trip payments (less any deposits) will be refunded.
If you cancel 28 days or less before the start of the trip we will refund you (less any deposits) only if we manage to fill your space.
